Session 1: 6-7 pm- Never pitched before, have never received any instruction

Session 2: 7-8 pm- Beginner pitchers (have pitched only 1-2 years)

What: This training is for pitchers who have never pitched before or are still beginners and have only pitched 1-2 years. These sessions will help athletes start and continue their development through the off season.  After completion of these sessions, and with regular practice, pitchers can expect to learn proper mechanics, understand role of a pitcher in a game and begin to work on speed and accuracy.

Intermediate/Advanced Pitching Clinics:  Pitchers at all levels need to bring their own catcher/parent.

When: Starts October 30th ends April 23rd.

Intermediate Session 1:  8 - 9 pm
Advanced Session 2:  9 - 10 pm

What: This training is intended for Intermediate to Advanced pitchers who want to continue their development through the off season.  After completion of these sessions, and with regular practice, pitchers can expect to better understand pitch theory, increase throwing speed/accuracy, improve junk pitches, and advance their game play.

Pitchers should have at least completed CanPitch for beginners or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate a firm grasp of performing basic pitching mechanics regardless of age. Pitchers will be placed in their suitable group according to skill.
