The SMSA has one of the strongest development programs and support systems for new and experienced coaches in Eastern Ontario. We have a lead certified NCCP coach who is dedicated to guiding and mentoring new coaches – and we have resources and tools for the experienced coach who’s looking to step up to the plate. If you?

• Feel comfortable leading a team 12-15 house-league or 8-10 fun-league players
• Don’t mind volunteering 2-4 hours a week from May-June
• Want to help, even though you may have never coached before
